| A deeper massage using firm pressure
with focus on specific areas of complaint. It
is intended to release and relieve areas with
chronic and acute pain as well as extreme muscle
tension. This type of treatment will also relax
muscle spasms, and correct postural problems.
Therapists may also incorporate any of the following
modalities: Neuromuscular Re-education, Myofascial
Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Positional Release,
limited passive and active isolated stretching,
resistance and movement. |

athletes and other active people. It incorporates
stretching, range of motion, and body mobilization
techniques into an upbeat massage perfect for
maintenance and increased endurance. Pre- and

problems such as headaches, low back, hip, and sciatica
pain. It is recommended only after the first trimester
of the pregnancy. This treatment is preformed either
face up, side- lying, or face down on a pregnancy

| The Mattes method of stretching is
an effective therapeutic treatment for deep and
superficial fascia (connective tissue) and muscle
tissue release. Performing this stretch and holding
it for no longer that 2 seconds, allows the target
muscle to lengthen without triggering the protective
stretch reflex and reciprocal antagonistic muscle.
Without activating antagonistic muscle group contraction,
full Range of motion and flexibility can be achieved. |

Reflexology can help treat many issues; for example: headaches, asthma, constipation, neck, shoulder and back pain, as well as issues you may have with sinuses – just to name a few. Reflexology massage will assist in rebalancing the body and its functions. During a Reflexology massage the Reflex points will be stimulated by the massage therapist applying steady pressure, with their thumbs, to the Reflex points.
Many people say that after receiving a 60 minute hand and foot Reflexology massage that it feels as though they have had a 60 minute full body massage
